A simple woman with a complex past – trauma, excitement, drama, chaos, adventure, heartache, sorrow – and more blessings from God than any one person deserves. I have made so many mistakes, hurting people along the way, and I have been hurt by others mistakes as well, but still even in having learned from this journey that my life has been – I have been broken. . . and I have been healed.
My heart and my hope were shattered through a course of events extending from my childhood into my adulthood and those pieces crumbled onto the path of my life. At one point in time, in a land of green and mist I determined that I was tired of walking along that broken road, tired of stumbling, tired of falling and being battered.
Until I was found, by the mere happenchance of virtual connectivity, by the man whom picked me up, and not only walked alongside me – but helped pick up those pieces and carried the weight of them all on his shoulders – accepting me for who I am, despite what I had become, and loved me…. and taught me that it is possible for broken roads to still lead to wonderful places.
